"Although our wedding reception was somewhat more casual than most, Michael's involvement took it from a small party in my parent's backyard to an exclusive VIP experience. "Michael just created a gorgeous Christmas dinner for us. We work in theater, live in Vegas, and invited acrobats and performers from The Miss Behave Gameshow, Absinthe & Opium. We also had family visiting from Germany.
He served us an incredibly delicious meal for 30 people set on the most stunning Christmas table layout you can imagine.
All of the details were organized and arranged by him, including a full clean up. My kitchen was cleaner after Michael left than before he got here! We hired Chef Michael for our yearly beach trip to the Outer Banks of North Carolina! 7 days in one house with 21 people from 8 years old to 50+ (plus a 2 mo old baby). We said goodbye to the nightly rotation of each adult couple /family prepping dinner and fending for yourself at breakfast and lunch and said hello to delicious gourmet (but unpretentious) food! Chef Michael prepared 3 meals a day, afternoon snacks and cocktails. While his food was wonderful, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by everyone the biggest gift was our stress-free vacation. My family didn’t have to worry about grocery shopping, food preparation, clean-up or anything. We instead were enjoying ourselves and reconnecting with each other.
In addition to great food Chef Michael also provides great service to kids and adults alike. He’s very attentive and anticipates the needs of different people well. He’s open to having you ask questions and learn about what he’s doing. He included little demonstrations of various techniques and answered any questions we had. He was receptive to our feedback about timing and made tweaks to what he did once he saw how our family worked and ate! He is very personable and knows when to interact with the group and when to stand back and let our conversation flow. It was a real treat for us to have him in our temporary beach home for the week. Everyone was very grateful to have him cook for us!
Chef Michael Boyle is our absolute go-to chef/caterer/idea man for every occasion in our home. We recently got married ( Dec,2018) and Chef Michael knocked it out of the park! He listens, he pays close attention to every detail, and he does his best to accomplish everything we want within our budget. His food is phenomenal, tastes and looks divine, and all of our guests loved Chef Michael and his team. Everyone is so friendly and efficient: exactly what you want in your home!! We are so grateful to have him in our lives! If you haven’t met Chef Michael, your parties and events are not nearly as awesome as they could be !!
Chef Michael gave my baker’s dozen of family and friends the best Thanksgiving Dinner experience ever. The food was delicious and plentiful. The crowd unanimously agreed that the turkey was the most welcome and delicious main course! So flavorful and moist!! All of the sides were wonderfully prepared and presented as well as plentiful. We are very lucky to have Chef Boyle in Las Vegas!

Our family has partnered with Michael and his crew on a number of occasions for our parties of 25-50 people. Chef Michael makes life easy by preparing delicious food with a classy presentation. His staff are very friendly and professional and make things worry-free as a host. In addition, Michael always finds something unique to complement the occasion – whether it be something special on the charcuterie platter or a custom cocktail.
