Since 2007 Chef Michael Boyle has been bringing his talents and creativity to a wide variety of clients and venues around the country. His creative and expansive education stemmed from The Savannah College of Art and Design. His practical culinary training came from the Food Network, Master Chef Hervé Didailler, and The Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. In 2013 he established Boyle & Company in Las Vegas NV.

 

Past and present clients have included: Smithsonian Medal Awarded Doctors, NBA/NHL/MLB players, World Famous Magicians and a variety of other private clients. Larger corporate clients have included MGM Resorts Intl. Pfizer inc, ARRI, The Liberace Foundation, Caesars Entertainment, Pacific Dental Services, Southland Industries, Astec inc, Superior Paving Corp, & OSHA to name a few.

 

When not working alone, Chef Michael uses a small hand-picked staff showcasing some of the best chefs, pastry chefs, bartenders and servers that Las Vegas has to offer. He prides himself on his creative eye for design, traditional technique, and a uniquely untraditional execution.
